Bar Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead operations at our Library Lounge. This is a hands-on role for a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for craft cocktails, exceptional service, and team leadership. The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing bar staff, maintaining inventory, curating beverage menus, and ensuring the guest experience is consistent with the high standards of Stonehurst Manor.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Library Lounge bar.Hire, train, and manage bartenders and bar support staff.Develop seasonal beverage menus featuring classic and contemporary cocktails.Ensure consistent, high-quality service and a welcoming guest experience.Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.Monitor and manage bar costs, including labor and product.Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborate with the culinary and events team for special functions and promotions.Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively.Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on hospitality excellence.

Line Cook
Position Overview: The Wild Rose Restaurant, located at the iconic Stonehurst Manor in North Conway, NH, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential to delivering the elevated, seasonal cuisine our guests have come to expect. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in producing high-quality, beautifully plated dishes. On-site housing is available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.Operate kitchen equipment (grills, ovens, fryers, etc.) safely and efficiently.Set up, stock, and maintain cleanliness of workstations throughout service.Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth, timely service during peak hours.Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.Assist with inventory control, minimize waste, and maintain ingredient quality.Stay engaged in ongoing learning to support innovation and consistency in the kitchen.
